The GFS Premier Dressage Saddle is suited to a variety of horses with an average wither. This dressage saddle offers extreme close contact due to the reduced bulk under the leg and girthing points running seamlessly through the monoflap.
The Y shaped girthing allows freedom of movement and avoids restriction under the horse's shoulder with an option of three fixing points to secure the straps.
GFS and Premier leather has been hand selected for the finest quality double stitched calf skin for maximum comfort and grip and a luxurious exterior.
The traditionally designed carbon fibre webbed tree is flexible which give comfort to both horse and rider allowing movement in conjunction with the horse. Each tree is adjustable and made to precision by using cutting edge CAD design. The centre of balance spot conveniently locates you in a neutral position for close contact.

Polymersynthetic webbed tree
The polymersynthetic webbed tree is designed on a CAD machine for precision and symmetry. The tree is flexible and lightweight which allows movement.
X-change gullet system
The X-change gullet system is great for horses changing shape when growing or a change in their work regimen losing or gaining size.
X change girthing system
The x-change girthing points create an easy way for saddle fitters to change the straps from one position to another without having to leave the horse and go to the workshop to stitch.
Contoured Knee Blocks
The contoured dual knee block stabilises the leg without restriction whilst maximising comfort with the layer of memory foam to mould to the riders leg. Knee blocks can be customised to suit the riders leg length with an option of a bigger or smaller block these sit below the flap with a contoured moulded knee which gives the rider security in the saddle without restriction
Flatter and wider panels
The flatter and wider panels to distribute weight evenly on the horses back to prevent pressure for maximum comfort for the horse.
Siliconized wool flocked
Siliconized wool flocking which allows movement in the wool which prevents possible bunching which can cause pressure points on the horses back.
All GFS saddles are handcrafted in England, and depending on availability and desired size and colour, there may be a time required for your model to be crafted.
