Originally from the North of England, Sarah started riding at 7 years old and went on to work in racing for 20 years as a track rider. As you may guess, Sarah was a jumps jockey.
She looks up to Beezie Madden as a rider, and names Kiwi Relic and Benrose Rockstar as her best show jumpers to date.
Sarah is pictured at Takapoto on BSF Sequell, with whom she's had had wins and placings up to 1.25m.
Sarah currently competes with Benrose Rockstar (nicknamed, Snow) in an Erreplus JF saddle. An 18 year old thoroughbred gelding by Personal Escort, Snow is Sarah's Amateur rider horse jumping to a 1.20m.
Sarah's second horse is Coleraine Wind Chaser, a 12 year old Irish Draught gelding by Coalmans Touch. She also has a 5 year old mare, Ceres Two (below) by Windale Trumps out of Suzuki.
